At Astrollogy Hub Inndia, we aim to deliver the best experience with our astrology and consultation services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are applicable and how we process them.

1. General Policy

Astrology, tarot, palmistry, and vastu consultations are personalized services. Once a session has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be granted in the following cases:

  • If you are charged twice due to a technical error.
  • If a booked consultation is canceled by us and cannot be rescheduled.
  • If payment was made but no confirmation or service was provided.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after booking a consultation.
  • Dissatisfaction with predictions or remedies (as results may vary).
  • Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice.

4. Refund Process

If you qualify for a refund:

  2. Our team will review your request within 5โ€“7 business days.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 working days.
